Enayetpur Lotus Taekwondo Academy

Mask Distribution

During Covid, we distributed masks to more than 200 villagers. This step became a ray of hope for them. Most of them come from marginalised backgrounds, and as they are not that much aware, they have less access to health safety measures like the use of masks and their necessity in preventing COVID-19 and other infections. So, we organise mask distribution camps multiple times during Covid and after that to help protect them and spread awareness in a small but meaningful way.

Grocery Items Distribution

Food and nutrition are the first need to live a healthy and fulfilling life. Many families in remote areas lack minimum nutrition in their daily meals due to their inability to meet the need of the entire family. So we distributed food packs that included rice, pulses, oil, and some other essentials. This step may look small, but for those families it meant a full stomach in tough times. We did this to make sure that no one sleeps hungry. It’s our way of helping those who struggle every day just to manage a basic meal.

Cloth Distribution

Clothes are one of the basic needs for living a good life. Our organisation arranges cloth distribution drives for people from poor and downtrodden backgrounds. The targeted beneficiaries are everyone from these backgrounds—men, women, and children. More than 100 people received clothes through these camps. It helped them in many ways, especially during weather changes. A small step, but it brought smiles and comfort to those who needed it most

Blood Donation Camp

Every drop of blood matters for those in need, and it has no substitute. Donating blood is the noblest of acts. We organise blood donation camps throughout the year to help maintain stable blood supply in blood banks, hospitals, and health centres. Our volunteers, members, and local supporters actively participate in this cause. Reputed doctors and health professionals also support and guide us wholeheartedly in this life-saving mission.

Sit and Draw Competition

Art and culture are also important, and promoting them always brings good results. We organise sit and draw competitions at our academy where over 100 children of different age groups participate happily. Winners are awarded for their efforts. This small step is to encourage them, boost their confidence, and help them explore their inner talent. It’s a joyful and learning experience for all children who take part.

Stationery Material Distribution

Books, bags, and copies are very essential for study. But many students from poor families can’t afford these due to low income. That’s why we organise stationery material distribution programs. We provide basic study materials to needy students to support their education. This helps them continue their studies without burdening their families. A small help from our side can make a big difference in their learning journey.

Taekwondo Training

We provide taekwondo training to talented children at low cost. For deserving students, we also offer financial support. Our aim is to prepare them for state, national, and in future, international level championships. This training helps in building discipline, confidence, and physical strength. Many students have already taken part in competitions. Through this program, we want to build a brighter and stronger future for our young generation.

Sanitary Pad Distribution

When women stay healthy, the whole family stays healthy. In poor areas, women’s intimate health is often ignored, which leads to serious illness or infections. Sometimes they catch such severe diseases that are costly to treat. So, we focus on this issue by organising awareness camps and free sanitary pad distributions. In our last camp, over 150 women received pads. We aim to reach more women in future and continue supporting their basic health needs.
